The two people were both trying to get out of downtown and out of the riots when the woman, Alex Thomas, fell to the ground. In that moment, a man named Scott Jones came running over and bent down to comfort her. What happened next was a moment that couldn’t be made up for a movie. ​In this series on DCTV, I have been telling you about José Rizal, and the assets in the Global Debt Facility. I will describe the heart of the Network of Global Corporate Control for you according to the latest information which I received.

​The group that is fighting this corruption, I call the coalition for the rule of law. This coalition is on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, that is 188 Ministers of Finance and Development. The World Bank and IMF were set up by José Rizal at the end of WWII to administer the world's gold, other precious metals, gemstones, and artwork. First these assets were put into hiding for 50 years so that there would not be any claims at the end of this period, because the claims would have grown stale. ​

I have advised the Development Committee that none of the Governors of the 50 states or their Adjutant Generals were willing to go on record that the United States Constitution of 1789 is in force and effect. The people of the United States do not accept the secret martial law that is currently in effect, and it has no legitimacy.

As Overseer Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility, I have declared the second, secret Constitution to be null and void. I have advised Mr. Herve Ladsous, Head of the UN's Department of Peacekeeping Operations, and Lt. General Maqsood Ahmed, Military Adviser in the UN's Office of Military Affairs, to remove any and all troops seconded on US soil for peacekeeping operations. I also informed the Governors and Adjutants General that as Overseer Mandate Trustee of the Global Debt Facility, I am reviewing the black screens of the Global Debt Facility on Euroclear. he Global Debt Facility has an account with Union Bank of Switzerland which holds Treasury Dollars that Ronald Reagan printed. UBS is refusing to release these uncut dollars so that these can be exchanged for the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Notes. So I have been asking the Adjutant Generals to grant the Global Debt Facility access to print Treasury Dollars in the Bureau of Printing and Engraving Plant in Texas.

In 2013 it was reported that Obama had served 14-State Governors in the United States with National Security Letters (NSLs) warning that the Governors’ actions in attempting to form “State Defense Forces” needs to be halted “immediately” or they will face arrest for the crime of treason. The employment of NSLs was authorized by the Patriot Act introduced by George W. Bush. Contained within the section related to these letters, it is forbidden for anyone receiving a NSL warning to even acknowledge the existence of said communication.

The Global Debt Facility now votes the shares of the United States on the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. The second secret Constitution which the bankers put into place in 1871 is no longer in effect. The US was under martial law because the US Congress was secretly extending the state of emergency from the civil war. The legal profession has been complicit with the Network of Global Corporate Control, and refused to acknowledge that the Federal judges are not presiding over the courts guaranteed in Article III of the Constitution of 1789. Justice Anton Scalia died suddenly in Texas three days after the DCTV broadcast that criticized Justices Scalia and Clarence Thomas for this corruption. This martial law is now over, and the US is in interregnum.

There are also liens on the property of the agents of the Network of Global Corporate Control that are holding up the Global Currency Reset. 

During this interregnum, there will be a peaceful transition from unconstitutional Federal Reserve Notes to US Treasury Dollars that are backed by the international monetary gold reserves on deposit in the Global Debt Facility. The two interviews in today's show were taped on the road on May 15th and 16th: in Old Huntington High School in West Virginia, and in Louisville, Kentucky. 

You will meet Nick Blain, who told me about the Chronologia discipline that is at Moscow State University. Nick's 5-greats uncle was William H. Cabell, who was the governor of Virginia at the turn of the XIX century and whom the county was named after. Nick is a composer, piano, violin, voice and Latin teacher. I met Nick’s mother during a youth concert, and conducted the interview in the old Huntington, WV orchestra room. Our backdrop is a xylophone. ​We are having Betsy Malone, whom we met on the November 3rd segment, back again.  Also, on Valentine's day, Betsy wrote about the collective unconscious and told us to "know thyself."  We'll review some of this material as well.   

Why do we think that love is centered in the heart, which appears to be a muscle pumping blood? There is sometimes talk about a dichotomy of the heart and mind, where the heart has emotions and desires, and the mind has intellect. But the heart is more than just a physical pump, and humanity should not be limited to just the physical plane. 

When you talk about something, you go to the "heart of the matter." The heart is identified with the very soul of the individual. Tantra yoga teaches that the heart of man and the heart of the world are a single heart. ​

We avoid studying the true nature of the divine, and as a result, the concept of God has dimmed. The innermost point of the awareness of God has become so faint that the essence of God is conceived only as a stern power from whom you cannot escape, to whom you must subjugate yourself. If you submit to the service of God on this empty basis, you gradually lose your radiance by constricting your consciousness. The Divine splendor is plucked from your soul. In search of the divine nature, man discovers his own nature, and thereby his ​Individual Self. I think this is the true meaning within the ancient Greek aphorism “know thyself.” To know thyself and become an Individual allows the consciousness to rise higher. As Leo Tolstoy states, “There is no greatness where there is not simplicity.” Greatness is not reserved for a “special one” to exude, but to be a “lucky one” to know thyself. The Individual that knows himself speaks the universal language of truth. Thus, one ought to move beyond the ego world that only serves the lower self. An Individual has the possibility of entering and influencing the collective unconscious. This is how the revolution moves from the individual to the large-scale as stated by Jim Morrison. The diagram of the psyche below should help you to visualize this concept. The psyche like the body has an anatomy which may be set out on the tree. The tree of life!

How do I know that the soul of humanity has risen higher and has influenced the collective unconscious?

Note on the anatomy of the psyche that the circles indicate the spheres of influence of the various levels of awareness and inherent knowledge. The key being awareness and inherent knowledge of what is real and what is illusion. Both of these perceptions exist at once within the lower realm of our consciousness. What’s exciting is that the number of Individuals moving up and away from the illusion toward the truth (higher Self) has increased. This is evident by the number of whistleblowers, individuals taking a stand, and the scale of corruption that’s exposed. The propaganda tool (information age) of the lower self… built by an ego based consciousness …that is hell bent on maintaining only a materialistic illusion is now fueling a large-scale revolution. “The kingdom of God is near.” “The kingdom is within us.” Jesus describes the situation and passes on the good news which is the kingdom is at hands length, near us, within us or something we can grasp with our consciousness. This is His call to revolution. This sphere in natural man is called individual unconscious and relates to all those experiences that have passed through the ego of Yesod and into the psyche to attach themselves to the sefirot, paths, and triads surrounding the (higher) Self. Deeper still, and focused on the Daat of Yezirah, is a radius of the unconscious that is connected with all men that have lived, are living, and will live. (We’re all in this together.) The scale of this radius of consciousness is cosmic, and for the vast majority of humanity totally hidden within the deep of the collective unconscious this level is the bridge between man and the divine. All orbits of influence interleaved, so that a natural man is by no means cut off from the source of his being. The spiritual difficulty is that he is unconscious of the influxes descending through his nature. The personal consciousness includes the body, ego, instinctive processes, voluntary processes and (lower) self. The individual consciousness moves up toward the emotional (moral) mid section that includes the ego foundation, instinctive processes, voluntary processes, (higher) Self, outer emotion, inner emotion, and knowledge. The collective unconscious includes the (higher) Self, inner emotion, outer emotion, knowledge, inner intellect, outer intellect, and crown. The crown represents a connection to our source. Note: our ego foundation is an important part on the road to awareness; however, it’s not the place to be stuck in for eternity. 

In an attempt to keep sovereignty in this lower region the ego (NGCC personifies this aspect) based world has bombarded us with temptations and lies throughout history. The ego is self absorbed and self preserving. And, here is where the temptation to manipulate others resides in a narcissistic mindset. This mindset causes division by whatever means possible in the masses of humanity to maintain its position of superiority and control. It remains disconnected from its source and imagines it will set the world right by its own power. This is why a small group wants to control humanity’s currency. In a physical way they want to control the flow of things. However, we are near the end of an age and collectively humanity is ready to embrace the ​higher Self. (Understand we are spiritual beings)  The collective unconscious, humanity, or our personal experiences either by Faith or by Reason lead us to the same conclusion. United we stand and divided we fall. Only having the tree of knowledge keeps the consciousness in the lower level (materialism and vulnerable to deception) and that is the death, sin, and suffering we see all around us.  - Betsy Malone

​In our previous episodes we have been grappling with the bonds we share in life and death. We have also talked about our hearts, that join us together in a love that transcends our mortality. 

​Today we are going to cover alot of ground, because things are happening all at the same time. Every single topic is actually about what we mean to one another. That is the central topic. I want to highlight the words that José Rizal, then Superior General of the Jesuits, wrote in the Minutes of the meeting at the Central Bank of the Philippines on January 3, 1949 at the end of World War II, with Dwight Eisenhower, and President Harry Truman present, when Rizal as Depositor deposited 1.7 million metric tonnes of gold and other precious metals and artwork in trust for humanity: "Proclamation and Declaration of the Gift of Love." 

This year we have been talking about hidden reality and about the Network of Global Corporate Control that was trying to keep the lid on things. The Network of Global ​Corporate Control is a humongous company that has been using the legal, accounting and journalism professions to do its dirty work, bribing and intimidating people in the centers of power all over the world. 

In 2009 I told Mr. Eugene Miagkov, the Alternate Executive Director for Russia, after Svein Aas, the Norwegian Executive Director who headed the Board Committee on Governance, reinstated me as "Acting General Counsel", that I was there so that the Board of Executive Directors could exercise its powers under the Articles of Agreement. José Rizal and his lawyer, Ferdinand Marcos, created the World Bank and IMF to have a co-op of nations to settle without war and bloodshed at the end of 50 years what to do with this wealth. I have a personal relationship with the Board of Executive Directors. The Network of Global Corporate Control tried to blackmail some of the Executive Directors after they fired Paul Wolfowitz for giving a huge payraise to his girlfriend Shaha Riza. Some of the Executive Directors had patronized the same house of ill repute as Elliot Spitzer, when Spitzer lost his Governorship of New York. I reported this effort to blackmail the Board of Executive Directors to the Dean of the Yale Law School, to the US Congress, to the Treasury Department, to the Missions to the UN, and ultimately to the rest of the World, and reminded them of the Power Transition Model, that said it was in the US security interest to observe the rule of law, and that corruption would bring on disaster and WWIII. 

Many whistleblowers are disclosing confidential information. I have been simply doing the job of a lawyer who works for an organization that issues bonds on the capital markets and is required to end a cover-up. I have been trying to get the financial statements of the IBRD, whose 180 billion dollars worth of bonds are traded on the capital markets, to be accurate. I did what a lawyer in a company that issues bonds on the capital markets is supposed to do. When you look at the correspondence that I have uploaded on my website, you will see that this is a huge sting operation.

When the agents of the Network of Global Corporate Control inside the World Bank locked me out, I bought a World Bank bond, and I sued. The job of the World Bank legal department is to carry out the Articles of Agreement of the World Bank. These Articles were written with this special mandate in mind of returning the world's wealth to the world's peoples. The Board of Governors settled my lawsuit in 2012, and the Judicial Conference of the US, which is headed by Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, ignored the settlement. ​

The courts in the United States are mere administrative proceedings, and the Judges, including those in the Supreme Court, have betrayed their oaths and they are not sitting in the courts guaranteed under Article III of the Constitution of 1789. This is because the US is under martial law, and has been under martial law ever since 1861, and has had a second secret constitution foisted on it by the Network of Global Corporate Control in 1871 hidden in the Act that created the District of Columbia.

The Court cancelled oral arguments two days before the oral arguments were scheduled, and then issued an opinion which ignored the applicable law that the Appellate Court was required to consider the case de novo. Merrick Garland then refused to admit that he was not presiding over an Article III Court under the Constitution of 1789. Meanwhile, the Board of Governors of the World Bank (188 Ministers of Finance and Development) settled the case before the clerk issued the mandate. Bottom line, no wonder the Network of Global Corporate Control wanted to replace Judge Scalia before he went on record that the United States is in interregnum, with an illegitimate government. The legal profession has puppets like Merrick Garland without any ethics or morals to try and create a false front to hide the secret martial law.…" ​

​Anton Scalia's sudden death without an autopsy is an indicator as Shakespeare wrote in Hamlet, "There's something rotten in the State of Denmark." Scalia's life ended just four days after my calling Scalia and Thomas and the rest of the Supreme Court out for refusing to acknowledge this martial law. Was Justice Scalia considering bringing the US back under the Constitution of 1789? We will never know. I do know however, that my teleprompter was erased from my computer hours before the broadcast on February 23rd to delete what Justice Scalia said about Article V: The founders inserted this alternative method of obtaining constitutional amendments because they knew the Congress would be unwilling to give attention to many issues the people are concerned with, particularly those involving restrictions on the federal government's own power. The founders foresaw that and they provided the convention as a remedy. If the only way to get that convention is to take this minimal risk, then it is a reasonable one.

There have been many victories. One victory was when General Dunford, (the Chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff who thinks he is above the law and has the right to be a dictator to follow instructions from the Network of Global Corporate Control) had erased my response to Anna von Reitz from my computer. Three hours later someone put it back and I could show how Anna von Reitz had failed in her attempt to steal the gold in the Global Debt Facility for the Network of Global Corporate Control. Because this is a sting operation, the agents that were trying to help von Reitz also were exposed: Benjamin Fulford, Field McConnell and the Abel Danger operation. 

One of my favorite "tweets" s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter2.28.16.pdf  ​mentioned this dirty trick, and listed a few other dirty tricks of the Network of Global Corporate Control's, including a warrant for my arrest, signed by Bertrand Badré, Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the World Bank. That document, which Badré signed on February 15, 2016, also stated that he was dissolving the Global Debt Facility in order to steal the world's assets from the world's peoples. Badré was Acting President of the World Bank on that arrest warrant. Badré has left the World Bank. I knew this was going to be a battle that could be won because the power transition model from the US Department of Defense predicted that a coalition for the rule of law would form and that this coalition is stronger than the Network of Global Corporate Control. 

So then the Network of Global Corporate Control tried to use the Managing Director of the IMF, Christine Lagarde, to steal the world's gold. Lagarde signed an Agreement with the Vatican s3.amazonaws.com/khudes/Twitter2.1.16.2.pdf that was witnessed by IMF's then General Counsel Sean Hagan on January 24, 2016 to steal from the members of the Bretton Woods institutions the international monetary gold reserves that are contained in the Global Debt Facility. The Board of Governors voided the Agreement on February 1, 2016 because it was not authorized I already mentioned Badré's foiled attempt to steal the gold on February 15th . You see, things are not working out for the Network of Global Corporate Control.
